The Royal Jewelry Boutique (RJB) warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below
Warranty Coverage
(Jewelry)
The Royal Jewelry Boutique's all Gold Plated, Vermeil, and Solid Gold products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for the lifetime of the customer.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects, not including damage caused by:
- excessive wear
- lack of care.
During these warranty periods, if a defect arises in the product and it is deemed by The Royal Jewelry Boutique to be a manufacturer's defect, follow the instructions for returning the product.
The Royal Jewelry Boutique will, at its option, to the extent permitted by law, either
- repair the product using new or refurbished parts
- replace the product with a new product that is equivalent to the product that is to be replaced
- refund to you all or part of the purchase price of the product
The Royal Jewelry Boutique shall have no obligation to repair, replace, or refund until the defective product is returned to The Royal Jewelry Boutique. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product. When a refund is given, the returned product becomes The Royal Jewelry Boutique’s property.
Due to the high value of Solid Gold and diamond jewelry these pieces are marked down on on an individual basis, therefore cannot be included in promotions or sales.
Each piece will be marked down individually to get you the best price possible. Solid Gold products are made to order and are not refundable. Please note that diamond pieces are excluded from the warranty as they are individually crafted and inspected for perfection.

Exclusions and Limitations
This Limited Warranty applies only to solid gold and vermeil jewelry products manufactured by RJB. This Limited Warranty does not apply to damage caused by
- accident
- abuse
- misuse
- misapplication
- use of non-RJB products.
Do not expose your RJB products to harsh chemicals or environments, as they can alter the appearance of the product. These include, but are not limited to:
- liquid silver polish
- pools
- hot tubs
- salt water
- spas
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES, AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RJB SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL STATUTORY OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WARRANTIES AGAINST HIDDEN OR LATENT DEFECTS. IF RJB CANNOT LAWFULLY DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. RJB IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. NO RJB RETAILER, AGENT, OR EMPLOYEE IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY MODIFICATION, EXTENSION, OR ADDITION TO THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State. To the extent that such rights cannot be disclaimed under applicable law, this Limited Warranty does not affect such rights.
